These terms govern your use of thrivehyperbaric.com (the "Site"), operated by Thrive Bath Ltd, trading as Thrive Hyperbaric ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you accept these terms.

1. What this Site is

The Site is for information. It explains the hyperbaric chambers manufactured by HPO.TECH, for which we are the official HPO.TECH worldwide specialist, and the specification, installation and support we provide. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, and the information here does not form a contract.

2. How a purchase works

We do not sell the chamber. When you buy, you enter a separate contract directly with HPO.TECH, the manufacturer, and you pay HPO.TECH at the manufacturer's price. Our role is to guide the decision and to arrange specification, installation and support. The terms of that purchase are agreed between you and HPO.TECH.

3. Not medical advice

The Site provides general information about wellness and performance use. It is not medical advice and makes no medical claims. Whether a chamber is suitable for you is a decision for you and your own doctor. Always seek professional medical advice before buying or beginning any protocol.

4. Accuracy

We take care to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Specifications, certifications and availability can change. We confirm the details that apply to you before any order.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the Site, including text, images and design, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print it for your own use. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our permission.

6. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party sites, including HPO.TECH. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not control.

7. Our liability
