What the research shows

Built for stamina, where it's measured.

In a blinded, placebo-controlled trial, trained athletes gained VO₂ max and raised their anaerobic threshold against placebo - with more mitochondria and stronger mitochondrial respiration, measured from muscle biopsy. The plain version: the same effort, further below the limit - and banked without adding training load.

The experience

Sit up, not shut in.

Most hyperbaric chambers used in sport are a soft tube you lie inside. Ours are a cabin you sit up in - windows and daylight, a reclining seat, and an hour that passes the way a good flight does. That's the difference between a chamber a squad dreads and one they actually use. With recovery, adherence is everything.
