Why Thrive

We run a hyperbaric clinic on these chambers

Thrive founder David Gumbleton runs our working hyperbaric clinic, and we use these chambers every day, alongside Bath Rugby. You are talking to someone who runs a chamber commercially, and he will tell you where one is the wrong fit for your space.

The right chamber - your call

Your brand and your finish. We help you weigh model, capacity and spec against your space and clientele - then we render it in your branding before you commit.

The managed install

Engineered in sections, these chambers go into spaces where conventional kit will not fit - narrow access, upper floors, existing buildings. We manage the delivery and commissioning.

Running it day to day

Protocols, training, maintenance, throughput - the things you only learn by running a clinic on these chambers. We train your team and stay on hand as you go.

In facilities worldwide

Where these are already running

These chambers run in wellness centres, gyms, recovery studios and longevity clinics across the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Most are installed in the US, where we work with install and servicing teams run from Detroit, Michigan.

The protocol clients come back for

How a chamber pays for itself in a commercial setting

Hyperbaric oxygen is run as a course rather than a one-off - clients run a block of sessions over weeks, then come back for the next. That rhythm is what makes it work commercially: the same people booked in week after week, a protocol they stay with and recommend to others. For a facility, it is the difference between a one-time sale and a standing revenue line.

The research

The dose the studies used, and what they measured

The performance research behind these chambers comes from a blinded, placebo-controlled trial run at the Sagol Center, Shamir Medical Center: healthy master athletes completed 40 sessions and showed measured gains in aerobic capacity - VO2 max and anaerobic threshold - with more of the cell's own power plants doing the work (Hadanny et al., 2022). It dosed at 2.0 ATA - within the range every one of these chambers reaches, up to 2.4. The effect is thought to come from the body's own response to the rise and fall of oxygen, and where it reaches beyond stamina is being actively studied. We hold the source studies and share them on request.

Hard-shell, not soft

Every chamber reaches 2.4 ATA as standard

The published evidence - across recovery and performance - sits with hard-shell chambers operating up to around 2.4 ATA, the pressure at which the oxygen carried in blood plasma rises enough for the mechanism to engage. Every chamber in the range reaches that as standard. That is the technical line between a hard chamber and a soft or inflatable one.

Replacing an inflatable or an older hard-shell

If you currently run an inflatable or less advanced system and are considering an upgrade to a premium chamber, you are not alone. It is a conversation we have daily with established HBOT operators - and one we can be useful on, because we run these chambers ourselves every day.

Cleared for medical use in Saudi Arabia & the UAE

Every system holds full marketing authorisation from the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) and is registered with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).

The questions operators ask us first

Usually throughput, running costs, how long it takes to pay back, and what the plant room needs. Ask any of them and we will answer with numbers from our own clinic rather than a projection. When you want it costed against your space, tell us the room and how you plan to use it.

We handle specification, installation and support, from the first conversation through to handover.
