What separates holding the level from dropping off - late in a game, deep into a season. A growing number of elite teams now build it with hyperbaric oxygen, at the dose the research uses.
Hyperbaric oxygen has moved out of the clinic and into the top of the game. The same chambers now sit in recovery centres across the highest levels of sport.

In a blinded, placebo-controlled trial, trained athletes gained VO₂ max and raised their anaerobic threshold against placebo - with more mitochondria and stronger mitochondrial respiration, measured from muscle biopsy. The plain version: the same effort, further below the limit - and banked without adding training load.
See the full science →Most chambers used in sport are a soft tube you lie inside for an hour. This is a cabin with a reclining seat, large windows and a door you can see through, and the hour passes closer to a decent flight than a scan. For a squad that has to do this repeatedly, that difference is most of the battle for compliance. That's the difference between a chamber a squad dreads and one they actually use. With recovery, adherence is everything.

Huge windows and see-through doors - none of the shut-in feeling of a soft tube.
A built-in air cooler and air dryer keep the cabin fresh and dry, session after session.
Integrated screens and tablets that mirror your phone - watch, scroll or catch up while you go.
Sit up and settle back. Work, talk or rest through the session - you're not lying flat for an hour.
Thrive runs a working hyperbaric clinic in Bath and works with Bath Rugby on protocol. When you call, you reach someone who uses these day in and day out, including on the mornings when something needs fixing. We have sat in the seat, built the protocols, and found out what a performance setup actually needs before it goes in.

Every system holds full marketing authorisation from the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) and is registered with the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP).
See our certificationsUsually how it fits a training week, how many players you can put through, what the evidence does and does not support, and what running a chamber involves. Ask any of them. We work with a Premier League club and a Premiership rugby side, so the answers come from a running setup rather than a spec sheet.
We handle specification, installation and support, from the first conversation through to handover.
